Located in beautiful and serene dolphin isles in Coral Ridge, this dock is less than a 5 minute boat ride to Shooter's Waterfront and many other nearby restaurants. There are no fixed bridges and you can get to Port Everglades inlet within 25-30 minutes depending on the time of day and season. You can also get to Hillsborough Inlet about that same time. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and the house has ample parking. We are currently building a house on the property so you can come and leave as you wish, as long as you are respectful to the neighbors. The dock is hooked up with electricity (240V) and fresh water.
